Dr Ruchi Agarwal (Dentist) is a highly qualified, gentle & caring General Dentist. She has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry & Periodontics (gum disease). Dentistry has always been her passion, & after she earned her dental degree in India, she earned her Master of Dental Surgery degree in Periodontics in India in 2010. During her study she completed research on the correlative significance between the anemic state & periodontitis & the outcome of two different modalities of therapies on improvement in the hematological picture.

With 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of dentistry & in Periodontics, she is committed to providing the highest quality dental services to her patients & creating healthy & beautiful smiles for everyone. She has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Smile Designing & Periodontics. She successfully manages mild to complex periodontal (gum disease) cases of all types for her patients in many prestigious clinics in Melbourne & thus helps to create & maintain healthy, beautiful smiles for life. Dr Agarwal is very keen to help patients to achieve their best healthy & stable life-long smile. During her graduation, for her outstanding performance, quality dentistry, skills, patient care & achieving highest marks in Periodontics in University, she was awarded the Gold Medal by Colgate Palmolive India Ltd in 2004. She was also awarded the Merit certificate and “Plak Trophy.”

Dr Ruchi (Dentist) has also presented many scientific papers in Conferences in General Dentistry & Periodontics during & after her training. She is committed to providing preventive services to save teeth by providing all sorts of general dental & both surgical & non-surgical periodontal (gum) treatment. She has a special interest & skills in surgical periodontics (flap surgery, regenerative periodontics, bone graft & guided tissue regeneration, surgical crown lengthening, gingivoplasty, frenectomy, coverage of recession, gum lift, soft tissue & bone grafting & perioplastic surgery, or cosmetic gum surgery) & non-surgical periodontal treatment. She earned accreditation from completing levels I, II & III implant dentistry courses with Australian Society of Implant dentistry(ASID). She believes in evidence-based dentistry for her patients & continually improving her knowledge & skills in General & Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontics & Implant Dentistry by attending many professional dental courses & training in Australia & internationally.
